My Review of Glossier Full Orbit Eye Cream
I was really excited to try this eye cream from Glossier because I enjoy the brand’s simple approach to skin and skincare. Although I am sure I am quite a bit older than what I assume Glossier’s target market to be, it still really appeals to me, and doesn’t make me feel excluded.
The ingredients of the Glossier Full Orbit Eye Cream tick all the boxes for me. The blend of Hylauronic and Polygluamtic Acid make it super hydrating and, for me, hydrated skin around the eyes is key for keeping my under-eyes looking smooth.
I find this texture lovely and plumping as I apply it, and the hydrated feeling is pretty long lasting.
I am also a big fan of Niacinamide in skincare formulas so it’s really good to see that in there for smoothing and also brightening properties. However, it is too soon to see any results for this as I have only had my sample for long enough.
The applicator is really nice and helps control the flow. It uses the same delivery system as the Vichy Neovadiol eye cream which is one of my favourites (review here).
I think it’s a lovely eye cream with the perfect texture to sit under makeup and keep concealer from dehydration-related creasing. It’s also light enough to apply over makeup during the day to boost hydration and prepare the skin if you want to top up your concealer. This makes it a great one for your handbag.
