Jo Malone London Red Hibiscus first launched in 2021 as part of a limited edition Spring time Blossom Collection. It is now back in its own right as part of the Cologne Intense collection and is looking beautiful. Here’s what you need to know.
What is Jo Malone London Red Hibiscus?
Red Hibiscus is one of Jo Malone London’s Cologne Intense fragrances, which is their richer, more opulent option for both men and women.
The brand says: A chance encounter with a rare and vivid flower in a tropical forest. Notes of striking red hibiscus are complemented by a touch of jasmine sambac and the sensuality of vanilla. Solar and exotic.
Jo Malone London Red Hibiscus Cologne Intense available in two sizes. There’s a 50ml for £106 and a 100ml bottle for £150. It is presented in a beautiful red glass bottle with a silver cap.

My Review of Jo Malone London Red Hibiscus Cologne Intense
I am a big fan of this fragrance because it is a big, full bodied and opulent scent that smells sophisticated and expensive. It has everything I like in a fragrance – it is comforting yet sexy, soft, smooth and skin-like, and it feels like a warm hug.
It is floral but not overpowering and the vanilla is creamy and not too sweet. Very addictive. It has a gorgeous powdery yet sensual headiness that really warms on the skin and lasts very well indeed. I was super impressed with its staying power. I sprayed it mid-morning, and could still smell it on my wrist when I went to bed that evening.
I think this will work really well as a Spring and Summer fragrance, and so anyone on the look out for Valentine’s Day present ideas should check it out. The red bottle makes it ideal!
The bottle is beautiful. So hard to photograph but it is absolutely stunning in real life.
